Dana Grace The True BraveHeart

One day recently while looking at an old photograph that I had just stumbled across after my move to my new apartment I was captivated by the picture and started to formulate a story. In the picture my beautiful daughter Dana is riding her pink tricycle that I had bought her for Christmas the year before with the help of Mr. and Mrs. VISA and MasterCard.

She was wearing pink shorts with little blue spots on them and a purple shirt and her blonde curly hair was waving in the breeze. She had a broad happy smile on her face. In her right hand was an azure sky blue Popsicle the very flavor that had been her father's favorite when he was her age. Now this Popsicle looked like her plastic magic sword of Healing. Her shoes only the Creator can imagine or Daniel the taker of the picture knows for sure for Daniel cut her feet off in the picture and this is the first mystery of the story.

"Ok Dana, you can go back to playing, Daniel hollered to his little sister. This is the last picture in the camera, I have enough to send to Dad now."

"Ok, Daniel, Daddy is really going to like our pictures we took for him like he asked," Dana exclaimed gleefully.

"Yah sis, I heard that a picture is like a thousand words!" added Daniel quite emphatically.

Dana Grace went about playing and riding her tricycle and all of a sudden a thought came into her head. "My tricycle is really my trusty steed, Belvedere and I am the luckiest woman in all West UnnTopia because my Daddy has a magical secret talkey machine and he talks to me every day and once my mommy even helped me use the magical talkey machine he gave her to talky with him in Tampanland, Floridiada way down south by the great water where I was born.”

But, all of a sudden, Dana Grace, a mere peasant in the land who due to her father's kindness and sacrifice had acquired Belvedere, realized that the Northian Kentukiantians were plotting to cross the great Ohieo River and attack the West UnnTopians her adopted clan. Now Dana Grace knew that the lords and ladies and the regular knights were lazy and foolish for no one had attached them in anyone's memory and they could not believe that any one would. Dana Grace tried to convince them that trouble was brewing, but to no avail.

Her only recourse was to go to her real people the peasants of the land and form a ragtag army to quell the invasion. Dana Grace knew that it was up to her to save the land so she went into her house for a minute and from memory she used the magic talkey machine to call her Daddy to see what to do.

"Dana Grace, my lovely daughter you must use your superior intelligence and social skills and your courage to rally the army and vanquish the foe, for that is all I know and all I can say. It's up to you to save the day."

Now Dana Grace knew her earthy father was thought of as a very mysterious man and that when he was in the Institution where he felt they tortured him in the pit, actually the quiet room, and they mistreated him and "treated" him for his peculiarities that he was tested with the very special IQ tests and personality tests and it was found that he was thought to be a genius because he had scored a perfect score for himself, 144 IQ, one of the perfect numbers of ancient antiquity. And through the years he had gained much insight into life and was now very wise.

Why it was thought by some in Floridiana that he was quite mad or by others as possessed or even Scatterbrained, but Dana Grace knew from her own knowledge and intuition that her earthly father was a mere man who just wanted to FIT IN.

Now her earthly father was said to possess magical powers and that he could remember everything about his life since even before he was born and describe these events to anyone that would listen.

Now it was even said of him that he could cause great light shows in the sky and that her earthy father saw halos around lights like the Vincent Van Gough man of old. Why some said that his inventions were quite superior to anyone's of the day. Why look at the magic talkey machine he invented when Dana Grace was taken away from him to West UnnTopia so that he could talk to her everyday.

Dana Grace knew that he loved her so and that he would be there for her when she needed him, but she was somewhat confused that he did not give her an answer to her seeming dilemma. So Dana Grace found another to trust in and as the words from her earthly father fell away from her ear, she pondered what her earthly father had uttered and went her way.

Dana Grace listened to the wind and then thought for a while and then Dana Grace bowed in prayer to the God of the Heavens and asked for wisdom and strength and to save her people without hurting the enemy.

In a very still moment Dana Grace heard a voice that said, "Dana Grace The WORD is LOVE and all you need is LOVE." And Dana Grace took out the Great Book and read; LOVE THY NEIGHBOR AS THYSELF and another passage, "You have heard it said of old, Hate your enemy, but I say LOVE your enemy and pray for them that despise you." Dana Grace thought and thought and thought and her superior intellect was not enough. She dismounted Belvedere and bowed low to the ground and prayed, “Lord lead me, grant me the wisdom and courage to solve this problem. “

Then all of a sudden Dana Grace was encompassed with a rushing mighty wind and a great light show came out of the south and Dana was blinded by the light but Belvedere stood firm in the torrent and Dana Grace received the True Revelation.

Dana Grace rose up and mounted Belvedere and rode to the King and Queen and said. "Oh, my lords, I am not worthy to talk in your presence but the Northian Kentukiantians our seeming enemy are about to mount an attack and the Knights are too caught up in their worldly pursuits and they don't believe there is a problem. Please my liege I have found the answer to the problem in the WORD. We must prepare a great feast and invite the Northian Kentukiantians over and LOVE ONE ANOTHER and we will have peace."

For the mighty rushing wind and the great light show blinded me and knocked me down, but Belvedere my beloved steed held firm and I saw the light. For we know that The God of the Heavens is LOVE and He wants all to live in peace and harmony.

When the king and Queen heard this great testimony they did as Dana Grace said and a wonderful and spectacular feast was had by all and a wonderful peace was maintained in West UnnTopia and Northian Kentukiantians and the two kingdoms united and men and women from each kingdom took wives and husbands from the other kingdom and THEY WERE
ONE.

And on another special feast day "TheLoveFeast" in honor of the peace that was maintained by Dana Grace, Dana Grace was dubbed and Knighted and is now known as LADY KNIGHT.
